General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC")
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all private chauffeur transport services provided by SLS, a company registered in the commercial register of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. By booking a service, the Client fully and unreservedly accepts these terms.

1. Booking

• Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, email, or any other communication channel made available by the company.

• A written confirmation (email or message) will be sent to the Client once the booking is validated.

• For tailor-made services or special events, a deposit may be required.

2. Services Offered

• SLS provides high-end private chauffeur transport services throughout French-speaking Switzerland and Europe.

• Our services include, but are not limited to: airport transfers (Geneva GVA, Zurich, Lyon, Paris, Milan, etc.), long-distance trips, hourly bookings, private or professional events.

• The vehicles are carefully maintained, comfortable, air-conditioned, and fully insured.

3. Rates and Payment

• All rates are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• The final rate is confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply in case of:
  o Modification of the initial itinerary
  o Waiting time exceeding the agreed duration
  o Special or last-minute requests

• Accepted payment methods: cash (CHF), credit/debit cards, TWINT, bank transfers (under conditions).

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation terms are as follows:
  o Cancellation more than 24 hours before the service: no fee
  o Cancellation between 24h and 6h before: 50% of the total amount charged
  o Cancellation less than 6h before or no-show: 100% of the total amount charged

• In case of cancellation by SLS due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, breakdown, accident), a full refund will be offered or an alternative solution will be provided.

5. Provider’s Obligations

• All our drivers are professional, experienced, discreet, and hold official licenses issued by the competent Swiss authorities.

• We commit to respecting agreed schedules, punctuality, and the safety of our passengers.

• The Provider reserves the right to refuse a client in the event of inappropriate behavior, obvious intoxication, or endangering the driver.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The client agrees to comply with safety rules on board and to behave respectfully.

• Any intentional damage or harm caused to the vehicle may be charged to the Client.

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult, unless prior written agreement is provided.

7. Personal Data

• Personal information collected during booking is used solely for the proper execution of the service.

• In accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP), you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data.

• No data is shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

• In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, legal jurisdiction is established in Geneva, subject to appeal before the competent court.
